All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
During peak periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USA Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international locations.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing, typically:
- 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply upon arrival in their country.
Bub Nest Baby is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
